Changing of the seasons contest

Introduction:

So after much thought I have decided I would host a contest! The theme is changing on the seasons, as we are here in the UK. This will be a long running contest so that you will have time to create something really spectacular

Objectives:

To create something which shows the changing of the seasons. It doesn’t matter which seasons it is for you. For those in the UK it could be from summer to autumn, or autumn to winter. Only that it shows it to you. Perhaps you will draw your character doing something or draw something to represent this. Or maybe you will take your camera out and find something beautiful which will show this change.
You can even enter work to do with festivals around this time of year, be it Halloween, Christmas etc.
The choice is yours, I wanted to keep it quite open so that you can be creative!!

Media Allowed:

There will be two categories, Photography and art.
Photography is only pure photography with only minor editing allowed (perhaps a crop or change from colour to b&w etc).

Art is allowed to be any traditional media or digital, even crafts if you are so inclined. Literature will also be accepted in this category.

You can only enter one piece per category, so make sure it is your best!


How to enter:
Please note me ( with your entry (a thumb or link please) with the title of "contest" and whether it is for the art or photography category.

Rules:
• Must be to do with the theme, changing of the seasons.
• Must be created after today and purely for this contest- no older work will be accepted.
• No hentai or anything which would need a mature content filter.
• It has to be your own work.
• Entries must be submitted here on dA.

Deadline:
19th December 2009

Judges: there will be a group of 6 judges (including myself) who enjoy a range of Medias.

Prizes: These are to be updated, would really appreciate it if you could give anything too.
